SCOOTERS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED WITHIN THE FIRST 10 DAYS AND MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION AND AUTHORIZED BEFORE BEING RETURNED. THERE IS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNS WHICH IS BASED ON THE TOTAL PRICE INCLUDING S&H. We will however during the 30-day warranty period, provide you with free parts and shipping except the free upgraded muffler unless it arrives broken.
